I would just like to take a minute to say THANK YOU to the staff at Joey’s restaurant and a nurse and her husband who saved my grandmother’s life today. Four of us were having lunch today at our favorite restaurant “Joey’s”, when my 90 year old grandmother started to choke, customers and staff came together to help, and an amazing couple having lunch came to her rescue, they cleared the food from her throat and helped keep her (and us) calm as she regained consciousness, and till the paramedic’s arrived.
