First time dining here since the grand reopen and Nikolai was fantastic! Kind, charismatic, and knowledgeable. I'd made a reso for my grandmother's 80th birthday and after we were greeted with complimentary bubbles, we were lead to our table where a beautiful bouquet of flowers was presented to the birthday girl - wow! Joey Kelowna has been recently renovated. It is open concept throughout and unfortunately that makes it noisy. Food was good but noticed not one soup on the menu which was disappointing. It’s a limited menu with lots of Asian fusion dishes. Our waiter Niko was great! Like many of these chains the food is consistently good. Would go again.
