Our experience was delightful. We ate the delicious ahi tuna salad, and chatted with our lovely young server - the one who is in 4th year History at UBCO, and who wants to eventually become a High School teacher! My friend & I were celebrating our birthdays; both of us were greeted with champagne; my friend also ordered sangria. We’ll be back!

Our service was terrible, we had to ask 2 people to take our order. Our server never once asked how the meal was - we watched him chatting it up with other tables while we waited. The worst was when he was at our table and my boss was paying her bill - we had 2 separate bills, she paid the one and then he turns around and says someone is at the door and I think they need my help more and leaves with the machine - we waited about 5 more minutes before he came back so we could finish paying. Food was very good. Ambiance was lively but not too loud. Wines were overpriced, considering most are poured from bulk, not actually from a bottle. Server didn’t know that the person who orders the wine is the one who should be tasting the wine and made an inappropriate comment. He also never refilled our glasses, we did it ourselves. Server seemed to want to rush us out. Not cool. Tip options on the payment machine started at 20% - also not cool. The service could have been more professional. Took long to get food. Sangria should not be served in a drink glass.

Dine out with family and 19 month grandson. Service was exceptional considering how busy they were. Food came out quickly, and was perfectly done. Crème brûlée cheesecake was to die for. Will definitely be back.

Food was fantastic. Love the Poke Bowl and also the Beach Salad. Presentation is really nice.
