Food Great service great. Noise level unacceptable! Way too loud. Hard to visit with clients or guests. If you want a wild night club atmosphere this is the place for you! If you want fine dining in a quiet setting this is definitely not for you! With the new Reno they have opened the bar area with no way to contain the noise from the bar and television area. So sad. Nice place but management has not figured out who they want to cater too! Perhaps it is the younger crowd. Definitely not for fine dining!

First time we have had a not so great experience at Joeys in Kelowna. The service was average at best. The food was below average, our rib eye steak was full of fat cap and gristle, our friends Cajun chicken had bones and gristle. The worst was the bartender didn’t know what he was doing, super inconsistent Old Fashioned’s one was good the next was so sweet. Never followed up with us on why we were dining there. Was wife’s birthday which she didn’t ask about until the bill came after we had ordered desserts. Never followed up during meal to ask how things were. Never got a drink refill until meal was done. Really disappointed with how much the bill was.
Food was good. Noisy and slow uncoordinated service. Food came same time as appetizers. Sent it back. Pricy for amount of food.

Young inexperienced staff but tried hard to please. Bar staff not enough and inexperienced. Received martini not shaken with any ice.

The service and food was very good but it was so noisy and crowded we couldn't wait to get out of there. Not the place for a nice quiet dinner.

Happy to be seated at a quiet booth along back wall. Server was so lovely, pleasant, efficient! I ordered chicken katsu salad, which I’ve had many times previously. It had a different, rather odd taste and left me with an aftertaste of onion for hours after - never has happened before. Had a “She Pretty” cocktail , which is ridiculously small…. My partner enjoyed his salmon dinner. Have always loved Joey, but was again disappointed at the changes…

Nice experience ,but they brought the ticket without asking for it while we where still drinking our latest sips. I think it was not appropriate
