Made a dinner reservation -got sat in the lounge in the highest traffic area and was repeatedly bumped into by customers and staff -was supposed to be a 50 th birthday dinner -not good at all

New renovations just created a huge open space that is too noisy and see no benefit at all. Food is smaller amounts and the Market Salad that was supposed to have strawberries had only one slice and a couple of beet cubes and a bit of corn. Very disappointing. The server was new and she was poor actually. When entering the order etc in the tablet she hovered over the table while she slowly entere it, then left. Very meh. Got there and despite having a reso was sat at a dark corner lounge seat that needed to be prepared before we sat down. The table was served by the bartender, too. Despite his best efforts it was impossible for him to be the bartender and take care of our table well. The food was meh. I had butter tofu, which was terrible compared to an traditional Indian restaurant - maybe that’s my fault for ordering an Indian dish at a non-Indian restaurant. Steak was not tasty, service was mediocre, salads delivered with meal rather than before. 3 of the people out of 4 rated their meal below expectation. First time I have every been disappointed at Joeys. Considering the money spent and the overall experience it may be a while before any of us return.

While our server was”okay, food prices are too high for quality and quantity of food you receive. Ribs tasted like bbq sauce - nothing special or flavourful and were warm when brought out. With so many other choices available, I would suggest dining elsewhere

Customers walking around without masks and no one enforcing it. The previous time people were table hopping and again no one stopped it. We won’t be going back.

Birthday occasion and the restaurant/servers did not acknowledge that or provide a birthday dessert as all restaurants do. Menu was limited with healthy choices.
Service seems to be lacking if you're dining alone.
