Lovely meal and above and beyond customer service. One dinner was incorrect and the server Jenna and manager bent over backwards to correct and compensate. Totally unexpected and unnecessary but we will be back - for the delicious food and stellar efforts. Well Done!
great food everytime I go. I wish the pitcher of Bellinis was still on the menu, but otherwise, awesome place. my favorite restaurant in Kelowna several years counting.
What a wonderful experience we have at your restaurant. My wife and I were celebrating our 24th anniversary we made a reservation for the night before But last minute we unfortunately had to cancel. We rebooked last minute for a Wednesday night dinner. Olivia and her team went beyond our expectations beautiful cosy table for two, incredible food ,delicious drinks and the service was exceptional. Came into Joey after a long workday and was pleasantly greeted by Michael at the bar. The service was amazing! The gentleman beside me was not clear in what he was ordering or wanting and Michael was very patient. He handled it better than I would have! He even encouraged him to stay if he wanted - great service! Will definitely come back again when I’m back in the area!
