I have ordered joeys on Uber Eats many times and was disappointed to receive poorer quality food in the restaurant than what I typically get delivered. The cut of steak was very fatty, and my partners fish tacos were just batter, without fish in them. When this was raised to the staff (the tacos, I simply ate around the fat) they offered to replace the tacos but when this was declined, they quickly walked away before we were able to finish discussing it, which was odd. Food was not great. Took a recommendation from our server on a add on for my pasta dish. It was horrible. The chicken was so thick in breading, cold, and had the texture of rubber. Completely ruined the dish. A little more attention to quality control, or look at better pairings cause this one did not hit. Others at our table were not thrilled with their food either. Your prices rival high end dining, but really miss on the high level food and dining experience.
