Our waiter was extremely rude , setting the table dishes she actually threw my plate towards me rather coming close to place the dish. She didn’t clean up our appetizer dishes until end of our dinner was finished . She even didn’t try to come to close to each of us to get the order she stood in distance in this noisy restaurant and we have to raise our voice to order the food . It was such an embarrassment in front of my guests. It was awful experience.
I’ve been wanting to try JOEY for quite some time now and was excited for our dinner. Our experience starting positive and we got the French dip sliders for an appetizer, which were awesome. Our dinner came, I got the steak and frites and upgraded to a filet. The filet was really mediocre, and not worth the extra money. I was horrified to find that JOEY took off the menu the STEAK & RAVIOLI BIANCO. I couldn’t believe it when the server told me it was eliminated from the menu. The server even told me it was one of the most popular dishes…WHY??? To be honest I only made reservations based on having this dish. And to add insult to injury AGAIN when I received the check the restaurant included the tax on the total for the tip…SHAMEFUL!!! Food and service was fine. Nothing worth going back and experiencing again.
Food was a disappointment. They kept pushing their chef’s new meals so we all ordered different ones and all of them were a disappointment sadly.
Been here multiple times this time food was blah some dishes were served just warm
The environment here is not welcoming if you don't "fit" the intended clientele. You're ignored by your server, not acknowledged by the host, and verbally accosted by other patrons, in which the staff who hears it does nothing.
The waiter complained about us to another dinner party who was actually our friends.
Gracie overserved us. My poor wife in the passenger seat. RIP
