Without Joey's hard work I would have abandoned this effort with First Internet Bank. I have been through numerous loan processes, not to mention the fact that I have 40+ years of outstanding credit history but, this was the most intrusive level of scrutiny that I've seen. I completely understand the FIB has every right to, and should, manage their risk carefully but, if your process cannot more readily discern a good risk from a bad risk and adjust the level scrutiny accordingly, then people like me will be reluctant to use... read more
