Better coordination between what the FIB portal was saying and what personal agents at FIB were saying. Also, improved coordination on who would be showing up for the signing of documents. A different person contacted us the evening before signing without any communication from FIB that there was a change. Despite the previous arrangements we made, the person showed up without a mask, etc.
