I've bought several houses and done several refinances and this one was bar far the easiest. once I got over the uncertainty of trusting just a "voice on the phone" things went very smoothly. the information was transparent and accurate. Joey was as helpful and reliable as I could ever hope for. I never had to wonder if or when he would get back to me.
