We specifically reserved a particular table to accommodate hearing issues, just as we had done on previous visits without any problems. We even received an email confirming that this table had been reserved for us. However, when we arrived, we were told it was no longer available because it had been given to another party. Everything was fine. Foods was delicious. Temperature inside the restaurant could have been cooler (it felt like sitting infront of an oscillating fan and only getting part of the cold air once in a while). Also the server asked if my 2 guests wanted drink refills, yet failed to ever ask me. (Multiple check ins to the table) always directed his questions to my guests and never acknowledged me). All while my glass sat empty (had the Friday beer special)

Booked the table for birthday celebration, besides I made an extra effort to go meet server 2 times away from my table just to keep it surprise. They didn’t bother to bring the cake on time. I had to go ask for it again. They took away the joy of that surprise. Adding to that, it was told that they’d bring a good cake which is complimentary, at the end they ended up bringing a small lava cake to CELEBRATE THE BIRTHDAY and charged it to me on my bill.
