Shortly after arriving and being seated, we noticed our table didn’t have a server at all. We had about five different people help our table altogether. Our food took 45 minutes to come out. They forgot one dish, so one person at our table had to wait an extra twenty minutes while we all sat there and stared at our food because we did not want to eat until everyone at our table got their order. Food was very good. Enjoyed all of the food and our service upon arrival. Table Service was spotty and underwhelming. We felt like we had to wave our server down a couple of times and he disappeared a couple of times for quite a while.

We waited 10 minutes for our cheque. When we were done the sever asked if we wanted desert. We said no thank you. It was not mentioned if we would like our bill. She promptly took off and proceeded to go around doing various tasks. A table behind us waved her down for the cheque, she had a full conversation with the table while we waited and tried to glancing her way in hopes she would notice. It took over ten minutes just to get our bill.

Service was terrible. Ordered drinks and a kids chicken fingers and fries right when we sat down. 30 mins later nothing had come and she finally took our main order. We had to ask 4 people about our meal. When the kids chicken fingers came it was 3 over cooked pieces about the same size as a McDonald nugget. My daughter who is 3 was still hungry after her meal.

Horrible. Went there for an anniversary dinner and no one even mentioned it. Server was rude. My husband ordered a tuna sandwich and it tasted really fishy. I tried it and it really wasnt good. She didn’t do a quality check. We could have sent it back but she only came after we were done eating half an hour after. (my husband only ate it because he was starving and didn’t want to make a fuzz) we were very upset and tipped only 10% when we usually tip 20% for good service. We were greeted quickly and seated fast. The menus were on the tables, but were soaking wet underneath. We tried to pick them up but they were stuck to the table. I asked the first waitress for some napkins to dry it off, but she never brought them. For some reason we got a different waiter after drinks. He was pushy for us to order, but we needed a few minutes. After 15 minutes, and him walking by 6 times, my wife stopped him and said we are ready to order. Dirty cutlery and a dirty martini glass. She replaced the dirty steak knife. Halfway through the martini, the crusty edge was noticed. I just stopped drinking. The waitress then came to empty the shaker into the glass and did not secure the strainer which then emptied ice all over the table and into the martini.There were no blue cheese olives for the martini. Your windows are quite drafty. When it's minus 20 outside, it's not comfortable to eat.

They need to get acoustics to reduce the noise reverberation. As more people arrive, having a conversation gets harder. I saw some awesome company who specializes in acoustics for restaurants. Hushacoustics.ca based in manitoba.
