Our reservation was at 8:30. We were there at 8:20 and they had us wait until 8:50 before seating us. The hosts sat everyone before us even people who came in later. Then when our food came I ordered the classic steak and my steak was not hot. It was obvious that it was sitting on the table for a while before being served to me. We made a reservation for 7pm, we did not get seated until 7:40. When we asked why we were being made to wait the hostess said "we had a lot of walk-ins". I think it's unacceptable to make someone who has a reservation wait 40 minutes to sit at their table.
Food was good but waiter was awful. It took him an hour to come to take my order. First 90 minutes, we were only on drinks. It is not normal for a such a restaurant, the client to wait so long for food. It was not busy, Monday evening. I can't imagine about Friday or Saturday evening. They should hire better waiters. He completely ignore us. We look at him, wave our hand, call him several times - really very poor service from the waiter.
Seated in dining area and had the lights turned off mid meal, and did not turn on after asking. Was not told by the door hostess that this would happen, when being asked about sitting in dining area versus the bar.
Food was not as good as the price point at all $75 for a rib eye that was 1/2” thick garbage cut of beef. For the Sushi and steak the “steak” was real chewy. Basically this place is charging a price point for “steak” that is at least double what its worth. Prob a good place for a burger.
Reserved for the dining room and got put into the bar area which was not comfortable at all for a short, pregnant lady. Food quality and service are both going downhill in the past year or so. This used to be a consistent spot for when you wanted a step above Kelsey's but I don't think it'll be the go-to anymore.
We had a reservation at 6:30. We waited for 30 minutes and no one saw us. A lot of walk-ins came in after us and was sat at a table when we went up to the hostesses to ask what was going on they said apparently that they sat our table and somebody else took our reservation.We believe this was untrue as we watched each hostess go up to the different groups and call a different name that was not ours.
