Excellent food, ambience, music and staff. Our waitress Casandra was outstanding and made our birthday celebration memorable.

We really like it here but we made a reservation for 3:30pm for 2 and it wasn't in their system or something and we didn't end up getting seated for 20mins, even after showing my email (at just before 4). Not sure if it was an open table problem or what but they did nothing really to rectify it, just let us wait the walk in time. We had mentioned in our reservation that my son was celebrating a birthday and every person who we interacted with wished him a birthday greeting. Our server Charlene is the Ultimate ambassador to Joey’s Shipyards. She remembered us from a few months ago and that there were nut allergies for my son. Sat upstairs by the window, the view was beautiful. Service is always terrific and friendly. My wife and I love the happy hour menu - which is terrific value. Highly recommend. My only complaint with Joey’s Shipyard is the consistently unfriendly hosts that greet you. We’ve visited this location a number of times in the last six months - the employees at the desk are generally unfriendly and unwelcoming - and typically not a great reflection of the excellent food and service you’ll receive once you are seated.
