It was my birthday. Vibe was 10/10. We got the best table with a view. Our waiter was amazing and cool and made our night super fun.

We have been going to Joey Shipyards for years. We usually try to hit happy hour which has a good variety of food options at a nice price point. We love the patio (heated in the winter), the view on the water is hard to beat, and the food across the board is very good. A welcoming sip of bubbly on entrance never gets old. We had a b day for 5 adults and 1 teenager and used this app to book with 12 hrs notice .. we secured a spot an hour out of our preferred range but atleast we got a seat! We got a glass of bubbly while waiting 5 minutes to be seated.. one thing that needs mentioning is the attendant never specified if bubbly was alc or non. We were visiting Vancouver for the first time with our adult children. This was one of our favourite dining experiences. I highly suggest making a reservation in advance. We were greeted with a glass of champagne while we waited for our table, which was less than a 2 minute wait. We had a great server (Pipa? I think, she was new), great server. The food was wonderful and the menu had a wide variety of options available. Thanks for a great meal!

You can’t beat the patio view from JOEY Shipyrd’s upper deck - absolutely gorgeous. Noise level outside was great, the staff was more than accommodating adjusting outdoor heaters when the sun came out. Kitchen did a great job serving beautiful dishes - our table had four steak and sushi temp was off on one (rare v med). The katsu salad was beautiful and fresh.
