Joey helped a lot and was very detailed with the necessary and important things that are needed. He was able to explain and provide us with recommendations to help with our refinance.
Joey and his team did a fantastic job helping us throughout the entire loan process. Joey and his team do not just look at their customers as another pay check. From my experience they see us as human and if roadblocks or barriers come up they're sympathetic and understanding and will do what they can to support. I know there was one point where we thought we had our loan approved and would be good to go and close but due to issues on our form and some miscommunication, our closing date got pushed back.
