I went for lunch with my two other friends. I had a chicken katsu salad with avocado. The batter for the chicken was so thin, and I liked it. The dressing was rather rich for my taste, though. I sipped matcha mojito. It was very refreshing. We shared an individually baked apple pie with ice cream on top. It was large enough to share. The pie was still warm and very tasty. Always a good experience at Joey Uvillage. Audric may just be in my top ten to twenty favorite people. Bit of a legend. He’s very hospitable and understands how to develop trust and rapport with his clientele. It makes sense that he is a part of the helping industry. Good work my boy. Cheers!

Very enjoyable experience. Joey’s hibachi wings and the salmon sushi continue to be my favorite plates in all of Seattle. But what stood out the most was Audric’s exceptional service, I mean what a quality guy.
