Just logged in for no reason other than to change my review from 5-Star excellent to 1-Star abysmal. I've been going to Joey Kitchen at U. Village for years. I always tip at least 20% - often much more. Today, I had the manager come over to advise I was tipping zero. Good food (as always), but inexcusably abysmal poor service to the extent I intend to send a formal letter to Joey Kitchen corporate headquarters.
