my family and I enjoy going to the John Ball Zoo and seeing the new things that they are doing, there's always something different happening every year
It was great. We enjoyed the design of it where you walk outdoors in the "woods" but then sprinkled along the way there are a/c venues. Dad's favorite was the Tiger up close. Ezra's favorite was the red panda and Koala pandas.
Had a wonderful day at the Zoo today! Haven’t been for awhile, so was surprised at the changes. I was impressed at the cleanliness , the landscape was colorful and well cared for! The animals were mostly lying down, but that was to be expected this hot weather. I hope to return again before winter!
Knowledge of animals, the recycling statues of different animals and food was great.
Nice little zoo! Also a lot of fun activities for the kids (ropes, zip lines etc).
they are continually improving their exhibits, making decisions based on the welfare of the animals and provide information to visitors that is very helpful and enhances the experience!
they have really made the entire zoo an enjoyable experience. even when there are tons of people, the staff keeps things clean, open, and moving.

The train actually takes you to the top so you can forego the uphill if you prefer, but if it's not working, you don't have a choice but to go up. It was totally ok by me but I saw other's struggling both uphill and down. The temperature was pretty perfect so the most of the animals were pretty active which was so cool! I also enjoyed all of the food options... read more
