Everything was going well until I found out the estimate amount to close was only going in upward direction. It was corrected after pointing it out but i still don't think it was gonna be correct haven't I paid attention.

There were a few things that didn’t go quite as expected. The communication was pretty good right up until I Received an email the day of my signing the title that said my loan was rejected. Apparently there was a different application that had to be closed, but I wasn’t notified before, so to see that email cause quite a bit of panic in the early morning.
