For me, I appreciated the communication and details. I’m detailed oriented so this was very important to me. John was awesome to contact me either text or a phone call to let me know the progress of our loan. I also appreciated that they have a timeline they follow pertaining to each stage of the build. That made it understandable when we would drive by to see the progress. My husband and I are very happy with our home and everyone involved in making it happen! 😊
