Mr. John Conway is the best MLO Manager I have worked with and his customer service is spot on. I am basing this off of over 40 years buying homes and having about 15 mortgages. I would say he is one that KBHS should highly value. He went above and beyond what I would think is standard customer service. John even called me to let me know that my payoff was made on my precious loan. Thanks, for all you do John
