Of the entire house purchasing process, John was easily the best part. Even during the holiday season (Christmas and New Years) he was quick to respond and follow up on any question or concern we might have. John has been great. We originally started out this process with a couple different loan officers but John stepped in and took ownership of our loan needs. He has been great at effective communication and was always available when we needed to ask some questions about our loan. KB home loans should really look to John as an example at a successful loan officer for the company. Also I do want to mention Marlene Wade the loan processor she also has been terrific with us. Thank you both
