This is my second home and it was a day and night difference between the first time around. John asks you for some paperwork, you provide it and bam! that’s it! No follow up calls at crazy hours for more stuff! No errors in the paperwork. If you are someone in charge of John and you are reading this you better bump this mans pay, this is one employee you better bend over backwards to retain and move ahead of his peers!
