The whole home buying process could be very complicated and stressful. But from the start John Conway made this a pleasant experience. Whenever any questions came up from pre-approval to closing, John was there to clarify our questions. He was knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. He made our home buying experience a wonderful one. Now we're in our new KB Home and loving it, no regrets.

This is my second home and it was a day and night difference between the first time around. John asks you for some paperwork, you provide it and bam! that’s it! No follow up calls at crazy hours for more stuff! No errors in the paperwork. If you are someone in charge of John and you are reading this you better bump this mans pay, this is one employee you better bend over backwards to retain and move ahead of his peers!
