He listened to our plans for the jeep's usage and then helped us narrow down the right jeep choice for us. He provided a lot of facts, no BS.

Did what no other dealer could do Tri County did what no other dealer could do even the BIG city car lots.Brian Jones made the buying process simple and easy to understand and didn't try to play "sales games" he was strait to the point and great to work with.very happy we talked to him.Sean handled the paperwork for Brian and was also great.we didn't feel like we were at a car lot no pressure no games that was nice!!! Will be back again and tell everyone..thanks agin Brian and Sean

Excellent Truck Buying Experience! This dealership went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted. They actually drove all the way to Michigan to get the exact truck I was looking for. My sales person was Rocky and he was excellent too. He actually personally cleaned my truck on Sunday, his day off, while the detailing crew was out for the day. Thrilled with my new car! This was my first time purchasing a "new to me" vehicle. The experience was painless. Everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful and offered information openly. From the ease of using the website, to the response to my online inquiry the entire experience was seamless. There was no pressure and plenty of assistance with questions. Response time was excellent. The car is exactly what I wanted and what was advertised. I am thrilled with my new car!

Sweet ride Great price. I showed up and the person I scheduled an appointment with wasn't there for w/e reason. Mark stepped in and helped out. He was awesome. The car was clean and although I literally just drove off the lot I'm pretty pleased w/the overall experience and deal.

Great buying experience . Sales Rep Rocky was very friendly and professional not pushy. Every one I dealt with was very professional. This is the third car in the last fifteen years that I have bought. the sales people have changed over the years but their approach and professionalism has not changed.

Recently returned to Tri County to have a part replaced on the tail gate of our van. Besides a mix-up with the service department as to what was being done, the repair was completed in a timely fashion. My husband and I were both satisfied with the end result. Thanks to Mike Smith for getting the part ordered and setting up the appointment for the repair. Thanks again!
