My wife and I went to Tri County Chrysler to buy a 2013 T&C Van.We called ahead to make sure they had some in stock.Our salesman was Matt and he did a good job in presenting the 2 vans in stock.The first van he pulled from the lot did not have enough gas in it to drive around the block. I liked the fact that they weren't all over us the minute we stepped on the lot. Sales Rep is relatively new to the business and was not particularly knowledgeable about the product, but he was friendly, helpful, and got us answers from others. They offered a very good price - below invoice, below Edmond's TMV, and sealing the deal was relatively straightforward and without a lot of BS. After having a very unpleasant experience at another dealer we decided to go to Tri-County since we have heard alot of good things about them. Even with as busy as the showroom was at the time, things ran smoothly. We went over what our situation was with Josh and we ended getting financed when never thought we could. Next thing we know we are looking at cars and taking an Avenger for a test drive. Thank you for a great car buying experience! We love our Avenger!

The price we paid was ok had to go back and forth on our trade but overall I would say we were treated fine we have not used the service dept. yet but I have to say I would deal with this dealer again.
i gave the review i did because i am really happy with my car and i was happy with my service. They didn't pressure or push. and they really tried to get me the best deal.
Wonderful dealership with honest employees who really do seem to care about their customers. I as provided with a bevy of options, and each option was explained to me clearly. They didn't rush me to "make a sale"; they allowed me to take all the time I needed to make an important decision. The finance department was wonderful and courteous, including the individual I dealt with. I highly recommend take a trip to this dealership the next time you buy or lease a vehicle.
My husband and I went in tonight to look at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as we were in the beginning stages of a new Jeep purchase.
