Had a good experience with salesman. Upfront and honest. Didn't try to play any games. Mike was very friendly and tried to get things done speedily. He knew alot about the vehicle we purchased. Mychelle in financing was very friendly and answered all of the questions we had about purchasing the van.
Liked very thing about dealership, was disapointed that dearship didnt have what i wanted. But i am happy with what i got.I got a dodge carvan ,but i wanted a town and county . One reason it had more on it and i felt like i could have a better deal on a town and county, Town and coundy is what i did all my research on.

good expeience, we went in for a used car in a certain price range and they showed us cars that fit our price range. Paper work went quickly and explained thoroughly. This is the second used car I have bought from Tri-county and will continue to do business with you
When we arrived we were promptly greeted by Mike Smith, who was very helpful, informative, and friendly. Mike showed us the the Grand Caravan Express and we took a test drive. Mike answered all our questions and pointed out all the features of the van. Michelle was also very friendly, explained the financing very well, and got us out of there quickly.
After 9 years of driving the same car, I just purchased a 2011 Dodge Avenger. This was a very big deal for me. Azariah was my salesman and he could not have made the car buying experience any easier for me. He handled every detail with great patience and professionalism. He was always very pleasant and I never felt rushed while trying to make my decision. He is a true asset to your dealership. I will be happy to recommend Azariah and Tri-County when anyone I know is looking for a car.
I was never a huge fan of Chrysler / Dodge or Jeep products, however when we needed to buy a car I went straight to Tri-County. Why? Because they do so much for the Licking County Humane Society and other worthy causes too. I ended up buying a used Dodge, which I am happy with, but more importantly I am happier knowing that donations are made to save animals. We bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler here after walking away from another Jeep dealership. Jesse was very friendly and listened to what we wanted and worked very quickly to make sure we had what we needed. Mychelle did a great job with the financing and made sure that we had the best interest rate possible. Hopefully the accessory that we ordered will be in soon and we will have everything that we wanted!
Over all a great experience. I feel that I was treated like a customer of importance and shown respect through out the buying process. (Something other dealer's are very lacking in). Dave Moore is fantastic to work with and is very personable, I would recommend all of my family and friends to Tri County and to especially see Dave.
