The Newark - Heath area finally has a First Class CDJR Dealership!! World Class service for sure on my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited. The waiting area is second to none....... very nice! The ability to sit and watch the work being done behind the big glass was a pleasant surprise.

Having to have jot mic luck previously with service I can say they have turned their selves around ! The new facility is absolutely awesome! The service guy who was workflows all by himself most days took it in like a pro with no complaints or excuses . Kept me informed of my process along the way. Great job!
I was pleasantly surprised with the new facility. Service was great, and employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The cookies and coffee were great, also!

Izaih did a good job,very friendly and professional . Altho we weren't told the tires were not an exact match of the existing set, which we had requested, overall service was good!
