I used the licking memorial concierge service for an oil change and a way overdue car detail. I didn’t know what to expect with the detail since I’ve never had one done. The vehicle had lots of fur in hard to remove places and seats were stained from drink/lunchbox spills. I set my expectations low but I was so pleased with the results! Not a piece of fur found and looks great. I thank whoever detailed it for their hard work! The concierge service is so handy too!

I had a recall on my Ram 5500. No one is the, yes really, country could help me. No parts. You got this dangerous recall fixed in :30 minutes and smiled the entire time. You did what no other could do because you did what had to be done to get the parts!! Thank you. Hats off. Beautiful facility.
