The service department was outstanding very professional and courteous. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. And advised me of recommended service. They offered me transportation to and from while the service was being completed. They Took additional steps to make sure That I was one hundred percent satisfied. Quick sufficient and informative. They came to my house and worked on my vehicle that had a recall, it went smoothly and techs were nice and friendly!
I used the licking memorial concierge service for an oil change and a way overdue car detail. I didn’t know what to expect with the detail since I’ve never had one done. The vehicle had lots of fur in hard to remove places and seats were stained from drink/lunchbox spills. I set my expectations low but I was so pleased with the results! Not a piece of fur found and looks great. I thank whoever detailed it for their hard work! The concierge service is so handy too!
