The body shop did a great job on fixing the bumper on my truck. And also worked in the oil change while it was there.
The service was fast and efficient. I was notified when everything was done and Emily walked me through any questions I had.
Great service on my 2013 Honda CRV. On time and they contacted me when it was done.

Great sales and service. They are very friendly and personable. So far purchased 2 vehicles from them and love them both. I have to thank some of their sales staff for a wonderful job they done. John Henderer is a great dealership, had a minor issue so I wanted to talk to the owner which is Justin. so I had to leave a message. Justin him self called me back we discussed the issue and he took care of it right away, he's awesome!

Everyone are "A" plus . ...they all went above my expectations.The shuttle program is awesome it's pretty convenient and very helpful...The only complaint is not enough personal at service desk to answer the calls right away.

I live in North Carolina and was visiting family in Newark, Ohio I had planned and to leave Newark the next morning, when I noticed that the protective covering underneath my CRV was bent and hanging low, dragging at times on any raised pavement. I went to nearest Honda, which was Hinderer, and even though it was an unscheduled Saturday afternoon visit, they got me in and repair (fastened) the covering and provided a free car wash to boot.
