I live in North Carolina and was visiting family in Newark, Ohio I had planned and to leave Newark the next morning, when I noticed that the protective covering underneath my CRV was bent and hanging low, dragging at times on any raised pavement. I went to nearest Honda, which was Hinderer, and even though it was an unscheduled Saturday afternoon visit, they got me in and repair (fastened) the covering and provided a free car wash to boot. Great service! My only suggestion would be when they recommend something that requires immediate attention, in my case a brake fluid flush, they would do it while I'm there instead of making me make another appointment which requires me another 40 mile drive each way.
