Took my 2017 Honda CR-V in for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. As always, John Hinderer Honda did a great job and was completed in a timely manner.
Took my Accord in for service and they fixed the problem very quickly and explained what I needed to get done within the next few weeks. Did a great job.
I had the best experience with this dealer. I have a car that I take to different dealership because of the make and the last 3 to 4 times has just been horrible all the way around and I was so pleasantly surprised that I’m now thinking that when I trade my car I will go with a Honda to be able to get this kind of service. Took CRV in for maintenance and also needed alignment, Jerrod Ridgeway provided me with excellent,friendly and timely service. The lady that worked the Cafe Friday more was friendly, and provided me with coffee and cookie made the wait time go by quickly.
Jared in the service Dept is always professional and very helpful. He has kept me inform of any issues my car or truck may have. The hospitality women is very friendly and personable
