We had the best experience at John Hinderer Honda! ! The service was outstanding! We arrived to have our CR-V appraised and right away was greeted with a smile. Then we decided to trade in our CR-V for a new HR-V. Our salesman, Hunter, was so enthusiastic and kind. It was so easy to work with him and never once did we feel pressured. I had the best experience with this dealer. I have a car that I take to different dealership because of the make and the last 3 to 4 times has just been horrible all the way around and I was so pleasantly surprised that I’m now thinking that when I trade my car I will go with a Honda to be able to get this kind of service. Took CRV in for maintenance and also needed alignment, Jerrod Ridgeway provided me with excellent,friendly and timely service. The lady that worked the Cafe Friday more was friendly, and provided me with coffee and cookie made the wait time go by quickly.
