I had the a/c fixed and the tires aligned. I did wait at the dealership at least an hour before being told it would be a lot longer and was given a ride home. The person who gave me a ride was an older black guy and he was good but I didn’t see his picture up there to give him his stars. The other guy, Nathan, gave me a ride back to pick up my car the next day. The a/c is working great in the car now. I had two different guys at the counters who were both nice but not a clue which one was the second one.

The only negative comment I can make is that we were there on a Sunday and had to wait two hours to sign our papers with finance. Only one finance person on duty. Had it not been for the time and customer service that Greg Grisanti provided, we more than likely would have left and gone elsewhere.

Feel like the price for a basic oil change is higher than it should be. Double what we paid there 2 years ago. Will go elsewhere the next time.
