Greg was great! Knew what I wanted and had good communication skills, wonderful personality! Just make sure other people communicate with you before signing papers. They make act like they are doing u a favor, but they don’t fill you in. Don’t trust every friendly face you see. But I do love John Hinderer Honda and will continue to use them. Won’t let one person get in my way. All the staff was great for the most part (1) JUST COMMUNICATE!

Everything was done appropriately. After I was greeted the service consultant was very nice. It would be nice to be greeted more quickly. I had to wait several minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there and waiting.

I took away 1 star because it is unclear as to their policy on receiving a ride to a restaurant or store while waiting for service to complete the work.
The service team was great and addressed the delay with sense of urgency. Highly recommend the service department. Friendly, polite, comfortable, and interested in making a great experience.

I was in the market for a used vehicle and found one I was interested in on JHH’s website. I made an appointment with Eric Stephenson to see and drive the vehicle, and subsequently purchased it! Interactions like these from Jay and Eric will make JHH my first choice for future purchases. They already are first choice for servicing my vehicles!
