Easily scheduled appointment. Work completed timely and at cost quoted. They ordered an item I requested. When it arrived, they told me to stop in and they'd work the car in to install the item. I expected to have to wait to be 'worked in', however they took it right in and completed the installation quickly. Will continue to service my 2007 civic with 250k miles at Hinderer.
