Great people, great customer service! Salesman Luna was very professional and knowledgeable. We came from Indianapolis to see a used car and bought it. Might be tempted to travel all that way again just to buy a new car from them.
Oil changes are a bit pricy and did take a little longer than expected. The waiting room with snacks and beverages was nice. Employees were friendly!
This was the first time for us dealing with John hinderer, it started out good and eventually ended ok but not without some hiccups. When I am asked to review a company, I take it seriously, if not, what would be the point? Most all of the experience was delightful, everyone was nice and courteous, they have a great facility with refreshments and snacks as well as a place for my kids to hang out.
