I scheduled a late appt so would get it quickly and get out. Price was not disclosed and was almost twice what I paid last time for same service
Luis was and is always amazing. He is always making things right and I chose to come when he is working. Others not so much but he comes behind them and fixes their messes!
Brian in service was a great help, he explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand exactly what my civic needed done. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time too.
My service advisor was amazing. He always is. I needed rotors and brakes and didn’t realize it. They were about to fit me in with just a little over an hour left open. Thank you!
Service consultant Phillip Barrows has been wonderful when helping me through several service issues, along with mechanic Jay Whitehead, both persevering to get them resolved.
The sales guys and all the employees that helped me out today, were awesome and helped me out so much. I appreciate the time they put in with me to make sure I understood everything throughout the buying process. The manager on the sales floor and Cole also helped me out, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the process I went through.
Staff was great, had oil change and tire rotation took an hour and 20 minutes with appt. Felt should have taken little less time but overall was still great service.
Love Hindra Honda. Great place . Compative , friendly , and helpful staff. Also the cafe is a nice touch. I ask alot of questions but someone always assures mw with accurate answers.
Only after going to 2 Honda dealers for pricing for service I was wanting and having a quote from someone who previously worked there did I get a reasonable price. First quote was 2x the amount. Not sure if we will purchase from this dealership again. One time they broke oil stick and left oil on engine and now this. The service guy I talked with was the only reason we had them do the work. Zanesville Honda was the same price before we used our points. Nice friendly lobby but not worth double the cost.
