The same day service appointment is great my car was fixed and I was out of there in 1 hour. They only thing is a code didn’t get cleared so I had to drive from Zanesville again the next day to get the problem fixed. Luis checked me in, he was very nice and got the problem fixed right away.
The experience was very pleasant, but there were a few issues. We've already had to replace the battery. We were told that the car had been thoroughly cleaned, yet when we moved the seats back to access the battery, there was candy, french fries and just plain gunk under the seats and around the battery. We had to completely scrub and vacuum not only the floors but the seats which were very stained.
Gage was very professional but personable. The price they quoted for the fix was what I paid, no surprise extra $500 like some shops do.
Luis was and is always amazing. He is always making things right and I chose to come when he is working. Others not so much but he comes behind them and fixes their messes!
I scheduled a late appt so would get it quickly and get out. Price was not disclosed and was almost twice what I paid last time for same service
I have worked with you guys for years and it is always a pleasure. Nick was great and made the process easy. Everyone is always super friendly and professional. There is a reason I keep going here and that is the outstanding customer service. Thanks guys!
Upon arriving to dealership we where greeted in a very professional friendly manner . Josh told us about our service informed us on the time it would take and then made sure we knew were the restrooms where and invited us to wait in the lounge area offered us drinks/coffee and snacks! Don't get much better than this! great, great service!
My service advisor was amazing. He always is. I needed rotors and brakes and didn’t realize it. They were about to fit me in with just a little over an hour left open. Thank you!
Brian in service was a great help, he explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand exactly what my civic needed done. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time too.
