So, the reason why it wasn’t a 4 or 5 star was because when I got the bill, there were erroneous charges on there that I had to catch. There was the diagnostic fee which should have been deducted since I had the work done. I received the tuneup paperwork that said the work was going to cost 749.99 plus taxes. It was over $900. Fortunately, Phillip was able to correct the major oversights As far as I can tell, the service work was good properly performed which is important. The salesperson was great at explaining the new Honda Accord on the test drive. Finance was easy to work with and the guy that went over all the settings was very knowledgeable, overall a great dealership a I hope the service department is equally as nice.
