Probed to find out our desires in budget type of car age milage then worked to find the best fit in their inventory and provided us with vehicles by descriptions and options so we did not have to walk the or look at cars we would not be interested in. HE LISTENED TO US!

Service was fine but took too long. Was told 2-3 hours and it took 4. Only update was when it went back to detail. No apology for length of time. 2nd time I have had an extremely long wait. Other time was a previous vehicle. Hospitality area is great. Had to pay $100 for rear differential service which I had never heard of before
