I think they make service better by having many comforts. Very nice. I was sitting away from everyone and I was told I need to have my mask on. I had it on most of the time. I didn’t like being told you need to wear YOUR MASK. Also I wish the would have shown me the part that was replaced I asked to look b4 and was told not allowed in garage should have been a way.

Friendly, Efficient, Followed covid protocal! Clean comfortable waiting area and restrooms. Receptionist in waiting area very attentive, offered fresh coffee. Easy access to dealership.. Good signage to locate service bays.

Customer service here is exceptional. I was greatly impressed with the way everyone, and I mean everyone, treated me with respect and made my car buying experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no games. I highly recommend this dealership.

Every time I come in to have car serviced there is always someone new at the desk. The turnover in that position I feel hurts the customer service aspect. They are never very knowledgeable and it is probably because you do not keep the same person in that position to learn the ins and outs. Or perhaps not trained properly.

Most of our Service staff is extremely tenured, although they do share different work schedules at times.
They have a great sales force as well as service department. They stand behind what they sell. They are courteous and help you on any way they can. They are number one in my book.
