Every time I come in to have car serviced there is always someone new at the desk. The turnover in that position I feel hurts the customer service aspect. They are never very knowledgeable and it is probably because you do not keep the same person in that position to learn the ins and outs. Or perhaps not trained properly.

Most of our Service staff is extremely tenured, although they do share different work schedules at times.
It was a very easy process working with the sales team. They listened to what I wanted and offered options for what would fit my needs. I walked out with a great deal on a new car.
