The service department has always been very cordial and professional. I am concerned however, why my rear brake caliper issue wasn't diagnosed 2 months ago when my rear brakes were replaced then. Two brake jobs in 2months seems completely suspicious. A car wash would have been welcomed also as you had my car for 24hrs:(

Friendly staff and nice waiting room. Had a 430 appointment for A1 service and was there for about two hours. Not sure if that is normal. To be honest cannot remember names of employees that helped me start and finish my appointment

Everything seems ok. Truck is clean and everything is aligned. I asked the manager if when they put the bed back on the truck ( they had to pull the bed to do the work) they didn’t paint or put some anti rust compound on the spots where the bed was bolted to the frame. I thought that would be a given treatment. But other than that it was a great experience. The rental provided was appropriate size and I didn’t hit my head once.
