Friendly staff and nice waiting room. Had a 430 appointment for A1 service and was there for about two hours. Not sure if that is normal. To be honest cannot remember names of employees that helped me start and finish my appointment

The service department has always been very cordial and professional. I am concerned however, why my rear brake caliper issue wasn't diagnosed 2 months ago when my rear brakes were replaced then. Two brake jobs in 2months seems completely suspicious. A car wash would have been welcomed also as you had my car for 24hrs:(
