The Service Department at Hinderer Honda has two of the best employees: Zack Farrington and Jay Whitehead. Zack always arranges my service appointments to suit my schedule, and Jay always keeps me informed about upcoming maintenance for my car. Even more importantly, though, Jay always gives my car a thorough check when I bring it in for service.

Took my vehicle in for regular maintenance and ended up having to purchase tires but Bryan took care of me and couldn’t be happier with how he went about explaining everything!

Zach is great to work with. He makes you feel valued, communicates effectively, thorough and very knowledgeable. Although not bad, I would recommend others in the department learn from him.
