I think it should be allowed to make an appointment especially for those with busy schedules. Only down fall. I am a mom of two and having a set appointment avoids long waits.

Clayton was a superb salesman and my customer experience was enhanced during my purchase with him. I was less impressed with the KBB guy and his “offer”. I feel this part of the experience was not necessary.
The work was completed in much less time than expected, getting me on my way for the day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great job!
I haven't received our Pilot back so not sure about the Serviceyet? Everyone so far has gotten back to us. hopeful we will get our Pilot 2021 back tonight and the Lights hooked up so we have inside lights, they were not hooked up by the factory or the dealership.
I have been shopping around for about 3 weeks and the people I worked with were helpful and also patient as I was not exactly sure what I wanted to do at some points. Great experience and will recommend to others.
Our recent experience with John H Honda was perfect. The team of Jason, Ashleigh, Philip, Zach, Julie & Randy were so considerate & professional, each with their own a personal touch of hospitality.
