Was at dealership for over four hours which was to long to lease a car. Was not even close to the advertised price of lease. not enough inventory for having a big sale that weekend. Had to go with my last choice of color. staff was friendly.
Very quick and friendly finding what I wanted. Helped along the entire car purchase adventure. Great customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly.
Good experience! No issues or complaints. Had a nice area to relax in while I waited for my car to be serviced. Will likely return in the future for service.
Went in to get a key made and another part everyone was very helpful even when i got on the lot eager to help was also told about a recall on car they took care of 2 recalls on vehicle as well as getting key done very prompt on getting the job done and had other part ordered talked to about 6 different people while there all were very pleasant and very helpful a very respectful dealership will most definately go back for anymore of my needs
I purchased a used Tacoma on Sunday and a good experience with the staff. I was offered refreshments when waiting and ended up leaving happy and with the truck I wanted.
I thought I had made an online appointment but I didn't receive notification. I called to confirm my appointmentand though I didn't have one, I could come in anytime for regular maintenance. That was a relief! Got my maintenance done in a timely manor and everyone was very friendly.
I went in to get an oil change on my civic. I was able to get right in and didn't have to wait to long. They were respectful and helpful as always.
It was a real pleasure working with David Lybarger and the sales team. We are very happy with our purchase. We arrived late on a Sunday evening. But that didn't matter to David. He took great care of us, And got us the car that we wanted and a good price on our trade in. It's our second purchase from John Hinderer Honda. And it won't be our last.
