Very courtesy in my service. Cleaning was ok, a little bit of spots on the outside that needed buffed was all I found. Thank you.

Have no complaints. I am planning on having all my service done at the dealer, this will be a first for me. My only concern is that it will be more expensive than a local shop. Service department was very friendly and very helpful. Phillip Explain to me very clearly what was needed to be done and what was done. There was a part ordered and Phillip kept me up-to-date on the process.

This was my first time to Hinderers service department. I went in for a routine oil change. The service was quick and courteous. The service was explained well. Also, upcoming maintenance recommendations were offered as well! I appreciated this due to this being my first Honda car! Good Job Service Dept!

Great service from Phillip, he tried his butt off to work with me the best he could. Sunbit gave us an issue with paying for work I had done on the car. Previously used sunbit a few times and had a $1500 limit. This time it was cut in half at $790 which was around $500 less than what I needed. Had to put the rest on my wifes sunbit to cover it. Their customer service couldn't give any answers on why there was a decrease in the amount from the last time. Thanks Phil see you again soon
