Have no complaints. I am planning on having all my service done at the dealer, this will be a first for me. My only concern is that it will be more expensive than a local shop. Time will tell, but looking forward to building the relationship and possibly buying more cars with you as well. Service department was very friendly and very helpful. Phillip Explain to me very clearly what was needed to be done and what was done. There was a part ordered and Phillip kept me up-to-date on the process.

This was my first time to Hinderers service department. I went in for a routine oil change. The service was quick and courteous. The service was explained well. Also, upcoming maintenance recommendations were offered as well! I appreciated this due to this being my first Honda car! Good Job Service Dept!
