Didn't need to make an appointment for an oil change. A BIG PLUS! After my arrival a few minutes later, I requested that a few other item needed tending to as well. 'No problem', they said. 'We'll take care of that for you' and they did a fantastic job. No extra sales were forced on me, just important information that I needed to know about my vehicle. They took care of what we brought the car in for and found a problem that had been bothering us for a while. They estimated the amount of time it would take to fix it and finished it in less time, which made us happy.
