Seemed a bit rushed and/or distracted this visit. Everything was done as requested. I forgot to ask for new wiper blades so will have to return for that. The service rep showed me how to change battery in my key. Nice guy.
Luis Romero was terrific. Our pilot just stopped running but Luis worked to identify the problem and got it fixed. He was so dependable as always.
