The repair work Honda (collision dept.) performed was excellent! However, the detailing afterwards was subpar; compound residue was left all over the exterior and interior of my car, i.e. it was dirtier when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I try to take very good care of my car, and for a 2013 it looks really good. Therefore, I was quite disappointed in how dirty it was, interior especially since I have to spend time and money to make it look new again. Another award winning visit to JHH service department. I was in for a standard oil change. The team addressed me quickly and finished my service earlier than quoted. They always treat me like one of their own whether I am buying a new car or having a free oil change through my warranty. Luis Romero is top notch.

I bought my crv from John hinderer about a year ago and service and employees have been great. I will definitely continue to go there for service .
My salesman Dave Lybarger was very helpful and informative. He made the process very smooth and easy. Usually the process is a bit stressful but this time it was not. Jordan was thorough in explaining the features on the car and setting up my preferences. Jeff was great with the paperwork part.
